Pinnacle is a woman-owned and operated small business in Mansfield, Ohio. Built from the ground up, it now employs over 30 people. Soyna says her proudest achievement is being able to support her employees and their families through Pinnacle. She acknowledges that because of her employees, Pinnacle far exceeds its revenue targets year after year.
